We can assist you with any number of daily activities, both around the home and further afield. These include but aren’t limited to:
– meal preparation – gardening
– home maintenance – cooking
– allied health visits – cleaning
– grocery shopping – social activities
We can assist you to get from home to your destination and back again, whether you need a hand with navigating public transport or require a private vehicle to get you to where you need to be.
Being able to make choices and participate in daily activities is important – both for you and for your family. We offer a range of services and supports so you can live as independently as possible, at every level.
We’ll work with you to create innovative and flexible opportunities for you to get involved with, and participate actively in your community.
We know how important it is to feel included and connected. We’ll support you to participate in activities, socialise with friends, and contribute to your community.
We’ll work together with your entire support team to empower you to participate in group and centre-based activities in a way that works for you as an individual.
With a keen understanding of and strict adherence to legislation, policy, and contractual obligations, we can work to safeguard you and your support team by managing your support funding.
